When you place an order, we offer the use of a secure server. We encrypt your details, in particular your credit card information, before you send it to us, meaning that ONLY the receiver of the information (i.e. the Kitch 'N' Sync clearing system) can read this information. To do this we use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption method (when in use you will see the padlock at the bottom of the browser) which is the recognised standard for secure transactions.

Yes, although we ask customers if they might call Customer Services first for details and costs.

How much do you charge for delivery?

We charge £3.95 for all deliveries under £45.00. Delivery is free for purchases over £45.00.
We will quote you should you wish to have goods delivered outside of the UK.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

You will usually receive your order within 3-5 working days. Should this not be the case, ie if your order is out of stock, then we will contact you.

We do offer a full refund service. However we would ask you to call our Customer Services Department on 0151 356 7969 or email mail@kitchnsync.co.uk.
Sometimes a return can be made at one of our 4 stores.

What happens if I want to cancel or change an order?

If you wish to cancel an order you may do so by contacting us at mail@kitchnsync.co.uk or calling us on 0151 356 7969.
If the order has already been packaged and arrangements made for it to be sent out then you will need to follow our returns policy.

Unfortunately we do not sell gift vouchers online. However we would always be happy to post vouchers out to you, to spend in any of our stores. Please contact customer services on 0151 356 7969

What is the Kitch N Sync policy on privacy?

We will never sell or pass on your name and address to any other organisations. Your details are confidential and you will never receive unsolicited mail as a result of ordering from Kitch 'N' Sync.
By placing an order or registering on our website you are consenting to the collection, processing and use of this information by Kitch 'N' Sync only.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes you do. We use DHL to deliver our parcels. This is because we can track your parcel for you and keep you updated on it's progress. Of course if you are always at work then just enter your work address in the delivery section.
For some smaller lighter items we may use Royal Mail.
Please note that we will always send parcels to work addresses if need be. You do not have to use your home address as your delivery address.
This usually means you will get your order quicker too!
